The Cirox product originated in late 2023 when we offered a retail customer a transport box made of wood and plywood for battery transportation.
However, the solution turned out to be too expensive for the customer.
As a result, the company’s ownership team began to consider what kind of solution could be ecological, safe, and cost-effective at the same time.
After extensive consideration, we chose a Finnfoam box made from construction-grade frost insulation, which is easily customizable and recyclable.
The Cirox product has been tested in accordance with regulatory requirements and holds UN certifications for the transport of lithium and liquid batteries:
– UN 3480 (Lithium batteries)
– UN 2794 (Liquid batteries)
Cirox is design protected within the EU and has trademark protection in both the EU and Norway.
The Cirox box is suitable for the safe transportation of batteries used in the following types of vehicles and devices:
– Passenger and delivery vehicles
– Electric bicycles
– Electric mobility scooters
– Lawn mowers
– ATVs
– Motorcycles and mopeds
Place the box on a level and stable surface.
Carefully pack the battery inside the box.
Place the lid securely on top.
Attach both Cirox quick-lock straps as follows:
– Slide the straps underneath the box
– Pull the straps through the buckles and tighten.
Make sure the load is tied with appropriate tension for your purpose — not too tight or too loose.
Once all steps are completed, the Cirox package is ready for transport.
Always follow workplace safety regulations when handling and transporting batteries.

The Bergstop load securing solution enhances transportation safety across every stage of the logistics chain, thanks to its robust strapping mechanism.
Bergstop is used as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic waste, especially in:
– Energy industry
– Chemical industry
– Retail industry
Place a FIN or EUR pallet in a stable and secure position.
Stack four pallet collars on top of each other and ensure they are aligned tightly and correctly. This ensures safe transportation of the load and prevents the collars from shifting during transit.
Place the top cover collar in position.
Secure both Bergstop load securing straps as follows:
– Run the straps underneath the pallet
– Tighten them over the pallet top using a separate tensioner
Ensure the load is tightened appropriately for your specific use — not too tightly or too loosely.
(Applies to transportation of hazardous or toxic materials)
Ensure that four (4) standardized hazard warning labels are affixed to both sides of the pallet collars. This allows authorities to clearly identify the markings when needed.
Once all steps have been completed, the Bergstop is ready for transport.
Always remember to follow applicable occupational safety guidelines during handling and transportation!
